To verify what operating system you have, go to your computer click on Start, Run and type in DXDIAG. Then hit Enter. This will display all computer information that is available including Operating System and version, Ram, and Processor.

To verify how much hard drive space you have left, go to your computer, on your desktop you will see an icon labeled "My Computer", double click on this icon. Next right click on the C Drive, choose "Properties" from the context sensitive menu. Make sure that the "available space" is over 100 MB
